LOS ANGELES - The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) announced in a press release that it has published the schedule for the ICANN74 Policy Forum taking place 13–16 June 2022 in The Hague, Netherlands. The meeting comprises nearly 100 sessions and will be conducted during regular working hours in the Central European Summer Time Zone (CEST, UTC+2).

Advance registration is required to access the schedule and participate in the meeting. Attendees must confirm their intent to participate in person or virtually. The deadline to register for in-person participation is 8 June 2022 at 23:59 UTC.

ICANN is committed to providing as safe a space as possible for in-person attendees and is implementing health and safety practices that will include physical distancing. There are no limitations for virtual attendees. However, on-site meeting rooms have limited capacity due to physical distancing, and attendees are required to reserve seats for sessions they plan to attend in person. They can do so by building their personal agenda using the meeting website and adding the sessions to their calendar. Waitlists will be opened when room capacities have been reached.

More information about the ICANN74 session registration can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions on the event website.

To prepare for ICANN74, participants are encouraged to attend the virtual Prep Week from 31 May to 2 June 2022. For more information, consult the Prep Week session schedule.

ICANN74 will be held as a hybrid event to accommodate both in-person and virtual participation. ICANN is committed to ensuring an inclusive Policy Forum that provides equal opportunities for all to engage on important policy matters.
