GENEVA - The United States has requested World Trade Organization (WTO) consultations with China concerning certain Chinese measures which the US alleges are inconsistent with China’s obligations under the WTO’s Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPs).
The request was circulated to WTO members on 26 March, according to WTO.
