AMMAN – HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh affirmed that new technologies have globally changed work methodologies noting that Jordan will witness a transformation from a civil state to a creativity and innovation state by 2040.

In a lecture at Abdul Hamid Shoman Foundation entitled “A Man from My Country”, moderated by former prime minister HE Dr. Adnan Badran, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh said that “The blessing of suffering teaches us that whatever you imagine could be achieved to become a reality one day,” adding that "education is a powerful tool that leads nations towards economic prosperity and knowledge not to mention that education  "is a human right and access to it remains a constant challenge.

He stressed the importance of conducting education reforms and integrating ICT into education to accelerate access to sustainable economies. 
Meanwhile, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh refuted all justifications that suffering is the cause of extremism, “saying “Love is the most powerful weapon in this life".

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh expressed hopes that his success story could serve as a role model and an example of  "how suffering could be a blessing" saying, “my whole life and success story is the result of suffering” Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh, who is an expert in various fields including accounting, consulting, ICT, recruitment and translation, stressed that our “Civilized future depends on education and capacity building” noting that the future of nations is dependent upon preserving their intellectual property rights (IPRs) and Jordan has become one of the best countries in preserving, developing and protecting IPR “Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh concluded “Reform and development starts with educational reform.

For his part, Dr. Badran introduced the lecture with a statement about Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh's belief that challenges and obstacles turn an individual into an entrepreneur who can transform suffering into a blessing and start competing with himself first, then with the others, noting that Abu-Ghazaleh’s success is attributed to his determination, persistence and intelligence in turning the impossible into the possible.
