LONDON - Rethink Talent Management, part of Rethink Group, has rebranded as RTM. The rebrand follows the acquisition of Consort, a major RPO and talent management specialist, in April 2015.

The acquisition, which was previously labelled as “a game changer” by Rethink’s Chief Executive, Steve Wright, means that the brands have merged to create a ‘total talent solution’ which offers a combined proposition to customers.

Iain Blair, managing director of RTM says:

“2015 was an exceptional year for Rethink Talent Management - we grew by 15% year-on-year, brought in revenue of £65m and were recognized as the ‘Best Company to Work For’ at the annual IRP awards. We were also delighted to be identified by NelsonHall, the global outsourcing Analysts, as a ‘Leader’ in the managed services space.

With the launch of RTM and our new consolidated service, it looks as if 2016 could be even better Our On-Demand “Recruitment and Selection” and Managed Service Provider offerings have traditionally been very strong and with Consort’s highly developed RPO service we are already providing even more outstanding solutions to all of our customers.”

“It’s our intention to provide more innovation and a greater range of services to deepen our client relationships even further and to match the continuing growth of the recruitment outsourcing market. We’ve also strengthened our leadership team with a number of the senior specialists from Consort and the wider market along with the appointment of Richard Martin as Group Chairman. Richard was previously Chair of Ochre House – one of the major international talent management organizations – and we look forward to benefitting from the skills and experience that he’ll bring to RTM.”
