AMMAN - Due to the increasing demand on patent filing in the Arab region, Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) introduced "Patent Monitoring” Service in Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Algeria, Tunisia, Yemen and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Patent Office through the Published Patents Data Center.

Introduced for the first time in the Arab region, the Patent Monitoring Service aims to enable clients to keep an eye on the newly issued patents or any patent applications filed in the region, when they are published whether in the official gazettes or on national patent offices’ websites.

Patent Monitoring will keep clients alert and aware of any applicant, inventor, classification and specific field of industry that might be of interest when their patent applications are published.

An alert will be delivered to the client via e-mail on monthly basis- yearly subscription- containing an integrated report with the following available bibliographic information: names (inventor/applicant), numbers and dates (publication, application, priority), title and abstract.

Patent Monitoring provides a cost effective and simple method of keeping your investments safe and gives you a competitive advantage in your industry.
