LONDON - Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine announced that the nomination process to find the inductees for the IP Hall of Fame for 2013 is now open.

According to the Magazine, the IP Hall of Fame was designed by IAM magazine as a not-for-profit exercise that honours individuals from areas such as business, politics, finance, the law, academia, the arts and science and technology who have played a major role in the creation of today's IP system. Inductees into the IP Hall of Fame are selected for the outstanding contribution they have made to the development of IP law and practice, so helping to establish IP as one of the key business assets of the 21st century.

To nominate those individuals whom you believe should be honored, simply fill in the nomination form and supply a paragraph of between 50 and 100 words to support your nomination. When the nomination process closes on 25th February, all nominations will be submitted to the members of the IP Hall of Fame Academy. Comprising a mixture of previous IP Hall of Fame inductees and invited thought leaders from the global intellectual property community, the Academy will make the final decision as to who should be inducted.

The names of the inductees for 2013 will be made public in March. A gala dinner to honor them will be held during the IP Business Congress in Boston on 10th June.
