TRIPOLI - Due to the recent events in Libya and the communications disruption from and to Libya, Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) informed its clients that it is experiencing difficulties in contacting AGIP's representative and the Trademark and Patent Office in Tripoli  and the work inside the Libyan Trademark Office (LTO) and Libyan Patent Office (LPO) is suspended until further notice.

However, AGIP's Libya Office in Bahrain Regional  Office is still functioning normally and receiving communications, instructions, applications, listing deadlines and preparing applications to guarantee immediate filing and response in due time.

AGIP is monitoring the situation closely and shall inform its clients immediately once the issue is cleared.

In this regard, AGIP advises its clients to keep sending all documents, couriers, letters, and mails to AGIP's Libya Office in Bahrain as usual using the below address:
