JERSEY CITY, NJ - Marketing Technology Solutions Inc. (MTS) announced in a press release that it has filed a lawsuit alleging that MediZine, LLC infringed MTS's Intellectual Property Rights and misappropriated trade secrets and other confidential information by utilizing MTS-copyrighted online lead generation software in support of RemedyLife.com, a health website owned and operated by MediZine.

By its lawsuit, MTS seeks preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, as well as monetary damages. The suit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
